These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Moin Moin Baby’s Website.

Consulting
Consulting is happening in person or online and is based on the newest scientific studies in the babywearing and child rearing field.
The topics will be chosen in accordance with the client.
The client will always make sure that the baby is safely hold and there is no risk of dropping.
Renting
All rented item belong to Moin Moin Baby. A right to buy might be granted, depending on the items.
A deposit of 70% of the purchase price of all rented items will be taken in case an item gets damaged.
Secured shipping will be payed by the client.
The deposit will be returned within 7 days after the items returned and no damages were visible.
In case of major damage the deposit for the single item will be withheld to buy a replacement. In case of minor damage or larger stains which will remain despite cleaning, a percentage (up to 20%) of the deposit will be withheld.
All carriers are washed and checked before send to the client.
Buying
All items, except when noted differently (ships within 3-4 days), are ordered and shipped from Europe (4-6 weeks shipping time).
If an item is sold out, the buyer has the right to cancel the order, asking for a similar priced product or waiting until the original item is available again.
Digital Content
We don’t grant returns for our digital content (online courses).
It is not allowed to give the access data to third party people. This is also true for grandparents, siblings, or the best friend. Access to the digital content may only have the person who bought and a partner if existent. If we notice unauthorized logins, we will take steps to claim the damages.
Returns & Exchanges
If a new item arrives obviously damaged, the item should be returned as fast as possible.
For any other cases we do not handle returns and exchanges.
Some items are of used condition. They can show signs of use, stains, color changes.
Payment
Payment can be done via PayPal and Stripe.
Shipping
Most items will be shipped from Europe. Shipping to Japan will take one to four weeks. Due to the current situation it sometimes can happen that it takes even longer.
After the item arrived at Moin Moin Baby in Japan, it will be shipped within one week to the buyer.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law in respect of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and/or the use of reasonable care and skill).
